Zodiac Quest missing. Is this a bug?

Hey guys and girls. Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this for me. I'm completely missing a zodiac sub quest, I've done the 3 previous quests with no problem. But then I get to Brangwine and she has no quest to offer. Am I missing something? Or is this a bug

Brangwine is not the quest giver, did you talk to her son in western La Noscea ?

I had this issue and iirc i abandoned the map quest i had from her for alexandrite map and the quest showed up.

Also may depend on what stage of the quest you are on for that, as the npc you hand things in changes to her son who is located in Swiftperch.

Hopefully this may help, if not bug report or another forum user may fund the right solution .
