To be short and concise:

I think that keeping all your higher level skills even when synced in dungeons (and dungeons only) would be beneficial to everyone involved. Considering that their potency and effectiveness would be reduced in the respective dungeons, even as a Lv17 Warrior on Sastasha, you'd be having fun because you could use all your skills there. Whereas the way it is at the moment, you'd only be able to use less than a handful of skills.


Other MMORPGs do this, to my knowledge, RIFT and GW2, and I haven't seen balancing issues in either due to it.

Pros:

* More fun for people doing the levelling roulette.

* Faster dungeons. They're easy enough as it is, they're just overly long in my opinion.

* New players would admire the high level skills and be inspired.

* Old players wouldn't get bored or have to change their rotations because of skill sync.

* Only for dungeons, raids and trials should still be skill synced on default mode.

Cons (and how to solve them if needed):

* Could become overpowered with certain skills. - Instead of syncing the iLvl to the max of the dungeon, maybe sync the iLvl to a medium range (average between minimum and maximum).
