    why wont diadem hm unlock for any of my 4 ships

    also when one ship unlocks it can any other fc ship go to diadem hm?

    you need to go find the sector. i suggest to equip them with max surveillance to find it.

    Yes, once you've unlocked it any ship that can access the level 50+ areas can access Diadem HM.

    You need 90+ Surveillance on each ship you'd like to access it.
