Soul of the crafter MISSING. Help.

You guys can get upset as much as you like. I’m spamming this until my issue is fixed. This is the 20th time I’ve sent this post and you guys are straight out ignoring me. Customer support said they can’t help me, GM say they can’t help me.

I am going to quit this game, I am NOT going to grind weeks for some red scrips to get my specialist tomes back. You will replace these, now. My last post was 11/21/2015 and nothing has been done about this issue.

So I put away those specialist tomes for when I decide to choose which three. (wanted to wait until after patch)

Well I stored in my retainer.. and I found them missing. Did a search with nothing there. This happened to my crafting pants as well, but that's much easier to replace. I need the tomes.. or I will likely just stop crafting. Can someone please message me (GM WISE) Or give me back the tomes so I can specialize in my classes?
