Oh thank the twelve. That little completion song drives me insane after about the third cycle.

Yay! I turn in about 50 items at a time (Need dat coke). I'm back in my workshop and onto more crafting before the messages finish. This will be a very welcome change.Greetings!
Thank you all for your feedback regarding the completion message of Grand Company Supply and Provisioning missions. We're planning to implement some changes in Patch 3.3 so that the message is no longer repeated in excess when players complete multiple deliveries.
A mentor stole my house, slapped me across the face, and raised my ping from 15 to 30. Literally unplayable.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I normally play a Roegadyn, but I have a lala alt, and the i was trying to light the lanterns in limsa, but because i was too short, i couldn't do it. It took some real camera work to make it happen. I almost gave up.
I think in general, way too many features are enabled or disabled, not by where your character is, but by where your camera is and which way it's pointing. If your character is in front of an NPC, they should be able to talk to/interact with them, or if they're standing right in front of a gathering node, they should be able to gather from it, and so on, regardless of whether the camera is facing it correctly or not.
(It's also an annoying issue when trying to target a huge mob that you're toe-to-toe with, when you need to turn the camera straight up to get their name on-screen. But at least for targeting, the "must be showing on-screen" rule also allows limiting your target cycling by shifting your camera when you want to deliberately avoid targeting mobs that are way out of combat reach anyway. So I can accept the rule for targeting, because despite sometimes being an annoyance, it's useful other times. For things other than targeting, however, like interacting with an NPC, node, or item that you already have targeted, camera direction should be irrelevant.)
I think it's a bit over the top to splatter big letters in the middle of the screen and play a fanfare just for handing in a random piece of equipment to our Grand Companies. You'd think we had just killed off the most menacing foe! If it was up to me, they'd leave the text in our chat and play a low-key sound (kinda like when we sell items to vendors).
Some of the worst camera targeting issues I notice is with trying to talk to shop NPCs that may be very slightly hidden behind a flag or post or something, preventing you from targeting them at all, despite the cursor changing as you hover over their body or name.
Um... I don't know if I'm missing something here but, on expert deliveries this keeps happening. Was that not part of the fix? Can't you just apply this for everything envolved, like a standard for anything envolving hand-ins? I'm just handing in all my lvl50 crafting gear (all crafting jobs+all slots, upgraded recently) and getting spammed /sigh...Greetings!

Reply from my sibling when I showed them this xD
"It's probably because the NPC can't see them."

if you have background music turned off this doesn't happen, so there is a way around it.
