In-Game Bug: "Unselected" Crafting Glitch

Alright! My issue was ignored in game via the ticket system, and moved to "insufficient information" on the forums, so time to try again!

Date & Time:
This has happened multiple times, usually daily depending on what I need to craft for the grand company. If you need specifics, it happened yet again yesterday while trying to craft a "Carnage Sword" Dec 09. 2015 around 10am MST.
This has been an ongoing problem since patch 3.1 and has never happened before that. Other people in my free company have reported it happening and are frustrated as well.

State how frequently the issue occurs. Please select from the following.
Between always and sometimes. While it doesn't ALWAYS happen, it USUALLY does. Sometimes is not an appropriate term for how often I get this glitch.

World:
Ragnarok Legacy EU

I don't recall if my other crafting classes have had to craft an item, and use said crafted item to create another item recently, but the point is, that it doesn't matter what crafting class you are, the glitch wills till occur.

Party or Solo:
Solo

Race:
Miqo'te F
Other members of my FC are various races as well, this doesn't seem to have a bearing on the glitch.

In-Game Time:
It happens at all times.

Area and Coordinates:
It happens no matter where I craft.

Housing:
I have crafted all over the Lavender beds, but this glitch happens in major cities as well, so this has no bearing on the glitch.

Steps:
I open my crafting menu.
I craft a nq/hq item.
I need ^ That crafted item, to create another crafted item. For example, a Carnage Sword, which requires you to make a Brass Bastard Sword, which requires you to make a Bronze Bastard sword.
When I go to select the item, it comes up in a little box to click and says "Unselected"
I click on the box, and it remains "Unselected"
THE ITEM IS IN MY INVENTORY, NOT MY ARMORY. <------ NOTE THIS.
I close the crafting menu.
I reopen the crafting menu.
I try once again to click the item, it still remains "Unselected"
Usually I have to do this between 60-80 times. (Yesterday I gave up at 67 and had a FC member not glitched come do the combine for me)
Occasionally it will actually change to "Selected" so I can craft my item.
THIS HAS ONLY HAPPENED POST-3.1 AND NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.
I HAVE UNINSTALLED MY CLIENT AND REINSTALLED, THIS DID NOT HELP.
OTHERS ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE AS WELL.
Please, do not move this to insufficient detail again. I added all the extra unnecessary information this time, so there should be no reason. IF you need more information, just ask instead of tossing the issue aside like it will fix itself!
This is a VERY frustrating bug for me as I mostly do crafting right now. I used your ticket system to try to speak to a GM about it, but was given automated responses every time I tried, so please take the time to address this.

Have you tried dragging the item from your inventory to the box? It should work exactly the same as when you're delivering an item for a quest.

I sure have, and thank you for the suggestion. In fact, I took your question, and any that anyone else might ask, and made a video showing this glitch.
