WTT Mhachi Farthing + Weekly Lockout Item for One Void Ark Item of Choice

I've run Void Ark over 30 times since release, and I still haven't seen the tank pants drop once (theoretically, assuming equal drop chances, a 0.17% chance occurrence - how lucky! ). I'm very sick of these pseudo RNG drops with no means of mitigating against them.

Even with four chances of getting a particular item drop from Void Ark each run, your odds of seeing one specific item are roughly 19% every run. However, since that percentage is assuming an actual random distribution, and because every run is independent, some players are being royally screwed by RNG in their quest to obtain certain drops.

tl;dr: Please let players trade one Mhachi Farthing and their weekly lockout item from Void Ark for one Void Ark item of their choice.

Yeah, insert just tokens to trade in for specific items we want.

You just have few methods to give people loot and force them to do a duty multiple times: RNG loot drops, tokens or a mix of both.
Your suggestion would be to gather tokens instead of equipment, every slot has his own token like Alex. By obtaining the token it will morph to a token spcific to a specific equipment of the job you are playing at the moment (token of aiming pants). At the end of the dungeon you get another token (upgrade token^^). Now you can exchange the tokens for the specific items or exchange both together for a specific equipment of the same equipment slot.

This could be a legit method for the 24-man-raids, perhaps if enough people complaining enough.
