We also don't need players who refuse to accept different styles of play. We also don't need players who refuse to adapt to a different and constantly changing environment. We also don't need people who purposely discriminate because of one's ignorance. We also don't need players who prefer to waste time looking for the perfect guy instead of showing more emotional capacity than a spoon and aid and tutor a person in learning their class. Help these days is such a chore for you to waste on others, isn't it?
I see people throwing around the term "job." But in case you haven't noticed, GLA, as well as the rest of the "classes", is in fact actually just a weapon skill. I know it's all only semantics, but I think people are getting caught up in limiting roles by misinterpreting the weapon skills.

OP is right, people who have absolutely no clue how to play their class should be kicked from partys later in the game.
