FC Alliance Requests/Suggestions

FC Alliance was mentioned in a recent Japanese interview which appears to be making it into 3.0 Heavensward. I ask that these please be considered:

• Allowing an FC Alliance chat to speak across the groups.
• Allowing the FC Leader to turn off existing FC chat as a rank privilege.
• Allowing teleportation between the two houses.

For a social guild, our primary problem is separation. We can't separate a social guild without ruining the social atmosphere. If FC Alliance chat exists, we don't want two separate methods of communication like /fc and /fa to have to regulate (especially with hate speech, drama, etc. For example, one officer might be in one FC and in the other FC someone is trashing other players using /fc that we can't see. That's why the suggestion of making it a GL rank turn-off to help regulate these issues and unify the communities.)

Please consider this option, it could make or break an FC Alliance.

Could we use vendors in other fc alliances as well, and their mailbox? My biggest request is the FC alliance chat & ability to deactivate FC chat. We have a huge FC and have to split it. Many FC's on our server are doing this. It would be a wonderful option.
