A Big Thank You to [GM]Gm Unurlotho

So hey, just got done talking to this GM on Balmung, he helped me resolve an issue I had with some players abusing the votekick function, (not gonna name any names). Just wanted to thank him officially, and tell SE they should give this dude a raise for being a human first off, secondly, for having a sense of humor, and thirdly for just being good in the realm of customer support, having been in the same field, it's nice to get someone with a pleasant attitude like his.

But yeah, seriously, SE, give this dude a raise. He even gave me a GM Joke.

Not sure if this is the right place to thank him, but I figured I had to do it atleast, so yeah.

TL;DR?
Had cool GM, responded to ticket super quickly, good personality, made day not end horribly.

Hah, yeah? I was really surprised with how fast he was, really left me feeling good. Best experience with a GM so far from any MMO.

It's nice when you get someone who is good at customer service like that. I've been played MMOs for 15 years now (Oh. My. God... seriously?) but sadly this type of experience has not been the norm for me. I hate when you get the usual copy/paste response ones.

and it's always funny when they come back pasting the wrong info to your situation and even using the other customers name and apologize for it, haha.

On the other hand, you can't blame them for wanting to copy/paste it out, when every single thing they state is held under a microscope as they deal with "young adults" day in and day out.
