208 SMN / 207 SCH / 200 PLD LF FC + Static

I am an i208 SMN, i207 SCH, i200 PLD with AS1 + AS2 on FARM and up to Last Add phase on AS3 with the SCH/SMN. Can easily get PLD up to snuff to do all content if required.

STATIC does NOT need to be in the FC but it is a benefit if it is

I am currently on a very low population server and looking to join some friends that have made the switch to Gilgamesh. I will be swapping this week and already have AS1/AS2 cleared for the week.

What I am looking for in FC
Required
Very Active FC (Some friendly/Some bsing/etc)
No racist bull$#!7

Benefit
Active TS3/mumble/discord/voice coms for chilling out with one another.
FC that has organized forums.
FC that has organized events from time to time.

What I am looking for in a STATIC
Required
Start time as early as 7:30PM PDT (9:30PM CST or 10:30PM EST).
End time as late as 11:00PM PDT, possibly 11:30PM (1:00AM CST or 2AM EST)
Raiding 2-4 nights a week.
AS1 and AS2 on farm
TS3/Mumble/Ventrilo/Discord server or group skype for comms during raiding.
No racist bull$#!7
Tardiness is not a constant issue with members
People continually push their own boundaries or attempt to better themselves and thereby better the static.

Benefit
Flexible for alternating a day for another in the raid week with advanced planning/notice for RL Events.
AS3 progression or kill
Thor EX on FARM (mechanics matter after all)
Enjoy pushing for things like server first primal EX etc for fun.
Enjoys progressing together

What I bring to a FC
Extensive experience in leading large scale FC/guilds on FFXIV and prior games for large gaming communities.
Professionalness when necessary and jovial social person all other times.
Team Player for any kind of events.
Dedicated and Active person.

What I bring to the STATIC
Accurate Punctuality
Constantly improving own performance.
I pull my own weight and am not looking for a carry in any content at any time.
Comfortable with Selling content clears for THOR EX - AS1 - AS2.

By last add do you mean the second Liquid Gaol? My team's schedule matches your availability; 8pm Pacific with Friday through Tuesday available, four days of which will be set in stone as the group fills. We're at fresh A4 progression but depending on how far you are through A3, I'd like to invite you to our TS to speak further.

Sorry I meant the last add phase after split, second digitis etc where all the adds come out of the center funnel. My personal static had me as SCH and even with everyone up we never killed all the adds in time, that was with me Miasma II'ing everything as well. For my pug attempts we cleared adds with me as SCH and SMN but there arent many options of AS3, most people have given up on it on Midgard OR are clearing it regularly. I will be checking out the thread shortly. What role would you like me for inthe group?

Unfortunately we are looking for members who are done with progression in this fight, if not cleared already as we're starting in A4s. And it was for the SMN slot, as this seems to be your main. If you end up seeing enrage, or at the very least get some good experience in with the final repetition of the mechanics (4th Cascade +) then I welcome your application, which you can fill out here.
