Serious game play problem with possible solution

I've been testing this 60 status limit and i'm very tempted to call bs because with my bard some of my moves require both dots to be up to do the dmg and I'm just not seeing it. Can anyone help me test this? I'm not the best at this though. The setting's may be set to 60, however I don't actually think its working. I really would like to see visual representation of my dot's. Heck in void ark some people cant even see that they due zero dmg sometimes to a very specific boss. To many particles too. I can't see lol

I think your best bet to quickly test it is to have a bunch of people fighting the same training dummy, getting a bunch of friends with DoT heavy classes and testing the limits
