I thought about how to respond to some of your points individually, but I haven't had my morning coffee yet so I'm somewhat at a loss. Actually, I'm a little more than halfway convinced that I'm still asleep and this thread is just an incredibly odd and vivid dream. Suffice it to say that I am an American player too and you do not speak for me. As for your crafting woes, perhaps this level 60 1★ macro will help a bit with that.
