I mentioned multi part raids as well the same principle would relate to WoD and I've accomplished the same thing in Alexander. My point wouldn't be applicable in something like Primals or Trials perhaps.

If Huton is up for Oppressor, you're either killing Faust later than 2 minutes in or not waiting for people's CDs to reset. A2S you zone straight in to the "boss" fight. A3S is straight into the boss, and so is A4S.

So for any of the serious raids, you're not gonna be maintaining Huton just from AC. You're going to want to wait for Ninjutsu to come off CD. I guess in A1 and A2 you can AC your way to not needing it, and it's not like any of the non-Savage raids need max DPS anyway...

But...the original question was about the proper NIN opener when max DPS matters, and all of your responses have been about situations where DPS doesn't matter as highly.
