Alliance Not Working Correctly

This evening, I worked on getting three separate parties filled up so that we could run a server wide Labyrinth of the Ancients party for an FC friend of mine. We got all three parties filled then got each party leader in the same zone in Mist. When I tried to send Alliance invites to the other two party leaders, the only thing it said was "Alliance invite sent to partyleadername." It brought up the Alliance menu but said "none" on party 1, 2, and 3. One of the party leaders said they were able to join and the other party leader said they did not even get the invite. I tried to "Cancel All Invites" and tried to hit "Close" on the Form Alliance tab. It said "Unable to invite to alliance" but the tab would not go away. I changed party leader to someone else to see if it was me, but the same problems happened to him. I relogged to get the "Form Alliance" button to go away, then tried to form alliance again. Again, first person said it let them join, other said he didn't get an invite, and my menu said "None." I went to see if I could que up anyway, and the button for Labyrinth of the Ancients was locked. I changed party leader again to try to wipe the alliance and another party leader tried to send us alliance invites instead. He said that he got the same messages where it told him the message was sent, but not saying if it was accepted. The leader of my party (since I changed to him) said that it asked him to join but when he joined, it did not say if he was in an alliance or not and the alliance menu said "none" in all three parties for him. We ended up giving up and queing at the same time as three separate parties. My party que picked up random players and prevented us from getting in with the other two parties, so the we were unsuccessful in that attempt. The "Form Alliance" button is still stuck on my screen an hour and a half later.

I will note that I did this a few months ago to help out another free company member and did not have these problems. I had an issue trying to form alliance but changed party leaders and it worked flawlessly. So this is not a problem that was happening a few months ago. Please look into your alliance system and fix it's flaws. Thank you.

Did this a week ago with FC mates. We got no problem either turning the 3x8 parties into an alliance. (we did for CT1,2,3, if that matters, in case you would think it's content-triggered issue)
