Frequent R0 lag spikes and freezing

Well direct modem and no router was working for me the other night. I tried going back to direct modem tonight and its not helping at all, I can barely get off R0, its as bad as last night.

I'm about to just stop trying at this point.

I hear ya guys. I'm getting some more R0's myself. I was running fine between 3pm-5pm PST... Anytime I did experience lag I just relogged and I would be okay for a while.

Since then, around 6pm-830pm, relogging hasn't helped the problem :/ Though I will admit the lag spikes aren't as severe as they were the other night. Still appearing frequently though, about 2-3 times every 5 minutes.

It's so bad now that I just have to log out for the night. Take a look at this thread http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...tacy-Issue-lag and do some ping tests on your servers. I'm up to about 20% packet loss....

R0's getting worse for me too Pezant, shame because I was in a good party too :/
Let me try running some ping test on my server, I'll post my results in a few.

Yep just had a full 2 min of R0 mid-craft, and nothing moved. Idk how i didn't timeout. Its very bad at night time :[. I can maintain 2MB downloads right now, but FFXIV doesn't wanna budge ugg. Ping google 1000 times with 100% success, ping lindblum server and get 75-85% success. Depressing :/.
Durability lost.... 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 but it wont let me do anything, standard synthesis greyed out... oh hey i botched the synth sigh

Pinging my server from the cmd line gave me 10 dropped out of 40 sent, or 25% loss =/

I happen to have tethering on my sprint android device. I disconnected from cox, and connected to sprint. which in this area ill admit isn't that great for speed, however. Same results. 100% to google, and about a 25% loss to lindblum.

Just did the ping test on Lindblum. Get this.... 100 attempts, 60 time outs!!! 60% loss. The game is unplayable for me. It's basically just a glorified chat program now.

Don't lose hope. I'm sure if the issue will be identified sooner or later, and when it is, it shall be nuked back into the abyss where it belongs.

I'll keep you guys posted if I figure anything out.

http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...685#post401685 Id recommend posting in there if you have have disconnects as a result of the R0ing. Just post the info the dude was asking for. Try to keep the discussion in this area i suppose.

Edit: I would only post in this thread if you have 100% experienced the error 30002. If you have not experienced this error then don't post in there.
