Looking for a new home(server).

Hey all. I was wondering what is a good server to start on? From what I looked up everyone is saying Gilgamesh. I've tried the last couple of nights to create a character on there to no avail.So I'm looking for an active server with mature players that I'm able to create a character on. I used to play over a year ago, I have a 50 PLD on Famfrit but I'm looking to start from scratch so I can get a hang of the game and tanking again. I plan on going WAR this time around to switch things up. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.

I want to say Jenova but I am sure it's not as active as you are probably looking for. Try Balmung, or Leviathan. If you're going Warrior not go to the home of Xenosys Vex and try Sargatanas?

Everyone is 20yrs+, good chill crew, a really good raid team, and more healers than tanks, so you'd fit right in as a WAR, and we just enlisted 6 new players so you'd be all set for groups, plus a lot of vets help out where they can. Look us up on Lodestone. We do FC Pony/Items farms for all ex primal and Coil duties, Treasure maps once a week(Map Monday), and have 3 master'd Omni crafters, quite a few Specialists, and everyone has a Gathering class(es) maxed to feed the DoHs(Socialism at it's best)

Gilgamesh is the biggest for raiding, but plenty of other servers are active without the same lockouts. NA ones are Behemoth, Hyperion, Leviathan, and Excalibur. Midgardsormr, Sargatanas, and Exodus are at least medium (I think also high-pop). If in doubt, look at how busy the official forums are.

They're locked occasionally during primetime but open plenty. You should definitely be able to get on one out of all those.

Hello! I came from Famfrit and went to Excalibur a month ago. It is upper medium pop and has a large amount of active players. The market board is a lot cheaper and is great because if you want to level crafting you can. Also there is a pretty good raiding population if you are interested in that. Overall I'm a lot happier since I transfered and Excaliber had been a good choice for me personally.

Can always can try creating a character at 3am. Usually works. Usually.
