Possible suggestion: Bulwark/Sheltron reduce or reset Shield Swipe CD.

This is something I've been kicking around lately after playing with the new shield swipe. It's a marginal dps increase while MTing that pld needed which is greatly appreciated and I had the thought of maybe giving it some more synergy with other abilities.

So what I'm proposing is a simple enough thing, have sheltron reset the CD on swipe each time you use it and during Bulwark have the CD reduced or removed. Bulwark and Sheltron are supposed to be the shield block cooldowns after all, I feel as though they should have more interaction with shield swipe.

I would rather this changed:

Bulwark
Increases block rate by 20-25%.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.

I recently reached lvl 54 with my PLD from 52. On that short period, I played in the dungeon and got the chance to test it repeatedly, and here's my hypothesis:

"Sheltron Block does trigger Shield Swipe; this is because the latter always procs after the former goes off"

It might be by coincidence though since my Shield Swipe generally triggers quite often.

Perhaps someone can test it with shield unequipped? Or that would disable shield skills entirely?

Not trigger, reset. This suggestion would sort of naturally phase lock Shield Swipe to Sheltron's CD though, which is the current state of affairs.

The biggest thing they could do for Bulwark is reduce the CD time to match Awareness to increase synergy and compatibility. Awareness is a Pld move, after all, but Pld's get the lowest utility out of it because it does not pair well with Bulwark. An increased in Bulwark's duration would be nice too, but not required.

I do think it would be interesting if Shelltron's CD followed the same reset rules as Drk's Low Blow, though. I feel like this kind of adjustment would make the shield feel like a more vital part of Pld defense (which it should be) because their block rates would go up substantially.
