As though that had anything at all to do with what the Terms of Service allow. Playstyle does not impact your rights to the software.

They're against the rules, but they're not actively seeking to ban people using them as they understand its part of the MMORPG culture on PC. Bots = bad, Parsers = People's gonna use them, just don't brag because you have them and PS4 players don't.
