You'll have to play with your settings on this. I had hte exact same problem on my laptop, what ended up fixing it was turning the texture filtering from low to average. I would try tweaking little things and seeing if it makes a difference.

Not sure if it's a GPU issue though Nasomi. If this was working fine prior to the update and now the OP has lost all FPS, sounds like a bad 1.19 update OR because of the update, the drivers are no longer working properly.
So, I would suggest checking drivers for your card first Toxsik. I KNOW with some players they have had issues and a simple driver update fixed them. Not sure if it's possible to do a repair for the 1.19 update or reinstall it BUT if you can, go that route. If you cannot, try Nasomi's suggestion but I would think if your settings were fine before, they should be now as well and all you'll accomplish doing is losing what nice gfx you had before the update. Also, any info you can give us on your machine may help as well.![]()
Thank you for the info geesus and nasomi. I did play with the settings to fix. It now performs the way it did prepatch. I "disabled cutscene effects" and its back to normal... I feel a little sad that i had to do that as all my stuff if at highest setting and looks great. Minus of course ambient occlusion. I can't remember if the "cutscene effects" thing was in the options before... but somethings different.
