I see its working as intended. So people join and complete the area. The optional is going and keep around doing stuff like gathering or farming. So unless you are forming a party for specific goals it not going to work as you may wish.

If they were doing anything else besides objectives for esos they would stay. If they wanted DoL items or anything else, they wouldn't just complete and leave.

Also, who is to say that they won't join the pf group just to get a faster queue time. I am just thinking that they need to fix it for those that actually want to stay for things other than the esos, even if they just allow people to join in progress. I know people get together DoL farming groups and that's fine, it's the actual people who join to farm for gear or spoils that I am talking about.

Aye, I had a group wherein someone with this intention queued as a tank to get in faster.

Queueing as a tank to get in faster is pretty dumb to begin with, considering there's only one per party.

If you make a party and are clear that it's for farming mobs, people that join implicitly agree to that. If they then run off and do objectives then drop, you're able to report them. I know it doesn't help during the run itself, but it's something to think about.

Party Finder really is the best way to go for Diadem no matter what you're trying to accomplish.

Yeah. I stopped with DF runs after about 2. The eso speed runs are good for gatherers at least. No on will complain about you not being with the team. (In pf at least.)

Did diadem (duty finder) for the first time. The Fisher and miner brolled on every drop. Not doing that again. Just gonna suck it up and always party finder it or take the fc airship.
