Give Support Better Tools Regarding Mog Station Items

I recently acquired a gift code for one of the new mounts and accidentally applied it to the wrong character (I have a few different characters with the same name across multiple worlds).

Upon contacting support, I was told that they don't have the ability to move the items, nor are they able to generate a new code.

It seems odd to me that no one thought "hey what if someone accidentally clicks on the wrong character? We should have a way to fix that"

Would also like to suggest this as it's poor customer support to leave us no recourse if an error like this is made. With the price of mog station items it's very frustrating to lose that much money on an alternate character.
