Totally seconded. I loved the look of those Hellhounds and would kill for one as a mount!
Maybe it could be put in as a Gold Saucer reward or some such, like the similarly canine Fenrir? Or just a Void Ark drop because MGP grinding is a pain.

But they're sky creatures? I would agree that they could be made a swimming mount, if we do get swimming. The way I see it, everyone is going to request everything somehow be able to swim like they did with making everything fly.
