Do same other MMORPG give less new skill more than now and develop job trait system for improve old skill mechanic instead.

This is also very true. We have an overflow of abilities now, adding even more in the next expansion will be a problem. They'll need to come up with a way to avoid adding more abilities by perhaps developing some sort of new system that alters the abilities we have now or come up with something different.
