Melody FC is recruiting hardcore raiders for Static 2 (A3S+)

Hello. We are currently recruiting for a new hardcore raiding team "The Second Verse".

Players we're looking for:
Tanks.
Melee DPS.

Our raid times:
8 PM EST Wednesday, Thursday, Monday.
As the group is only forming, the days are subject to change to accommodate everyone in the group.

Our progress:
We are currently progressing through A3S up to Cascade (a result of 2 raiding nights).
Some of us have already cleared the turn while others are learning, but we expect to down the fight in a reasonable amount of time. In order to maintain progression, Raid 1 is lending their alts to fill in the currently missing spots, so you'll be raiding as soon as possible.

What we expect from you:
While group 2 isn't exactly aiming for W1, we're still seeking to maintain high level of skill and a decent progression pace, just on a more relaxed schedule. Our goal is to establish a strong team going into 3.2.
Understanding of your class and desire to win are expected. Ideally Group 2 will have to be as strong as the spearheading Group 1, just with a more relaxed schedule.
We use Teamspeak 3 to communicate, so be able to talk and listen.

What is Melody:
Melody FC is a hardcore raiding FC on Excalibur server with our core members possessing extensive experience in top raiding groups. Originally founded as Finale, we are always ready to challenge ourselves and be ahead of the competition. Our Raid 1 is aiming for world first progression. We dedicate ourselves to being among the best of the best FFXIV has to offer.

Hi, I'm a Nin main item level 208, im currently on Famfrit but i feel as if my server is dying so it makes it difficult to find another static on the server. Due to some random drama between another member and I, I'm currently looking for new opportunities since i'm not sure how much longer i will be willing to deal with the current issue. I am currently progressed to the add phase of a3s and i fully understand it but our group as a whole is still learning. If you are interested in communicating more about your static's melee spot please just post here and i can give you whatever information you would like. I can provide parses and such if needed. I'm willing to server transfer for a guaranteed spot in the group.
