    Issues with Blocking! Please adjust!

    Or adjust the shield related skills to be more helpful. AB II was something I depended on quite a bit, and now it is fairly useless.
    Gladiator despite how they tried to make it flexable...is no DD by any means, and I get that.

    The enmity system makes it quite a pain sometimes to tank correctly on bosses...and I get that, although I wish it would change a bit to make it a tad bit easier, its fine.

    But now tanking is even harder. Gladiator has had the short stick for quite a while...with launch where we had to choose to level either our sword or shield...and a few other problems in the past...the last thing they need is another nerf.
    Please look into this and adjust! Thank you!

    It's hard to hold hate but heres a tip. Cure yourself to get alot of hate. Also, buff up moves like + circle slash that do AOE dmg if your tanking multiple mobs. Its much harder to hold hate than in ff11 but I'm getting used to it.

    Admittedly AB was ridiculously overpowered, and made GLDs the only "real" tanks for far too long.
    However, I feel they "adjusted" it down to the "almost useless" realm, which is not a bit better.
    Let's hope they hit the mark next time.

    If you have it, Warmonger is nice to open with on bosses because of the +enmity buff it has. You can probably find some use for Ambidexterity in a pinch too. Other than that... pretty much what Ruri said.

    Something I noticed tonight as well...

    Since they now allow you to overcure your HP, Second Wind is now that much better. Tonight in Natalan I was just letting a Marauder generate much of my enmity to be with Storm's Path. Then I'd use Accomplice to get all on the hatelists and pop Second Wind for 700+ hp/enmity on each target. Works even at max HP now . Keep that in mind for groups of mobs. Marauders don't have to be your enemies.

    How did I completely neglect to mention Accomplice when I'm a PGL main...

    Anyway, it's nice to know that the surplus actually counts towards +enmity. I guess that explains why the CNJ using Curaga I/II mid-fight are pulling hate.
