As a healing tool it was so much nicer when the heal was 300% of damage dealt.
Most parties I get thrown in in usually kill the boss before the third set of adds even show up anyway, and the first set is just a measly two robots that die pretty much immediately. I can't remember the last time the fight went long enough for the third set to show up.

I'm leveling my SCH now and just hit 58 last night. For it I love Deployment Tactics the most I think, I just love that sound it makes when it pops. Vegas is my second home practically, I love casinos and all the SCH sound effects remind me of slot machines or casino sounds, especially Deployment Tactics!
Summon II
Selene is just the best! Speed buff, and Embrace, I don't use the other 2 nearly as much but she's just too good! Many dungeons she solo healed

Regen and Assize. I like how Regen never loses its value. I can set the party up with Medica II and Regen stacked and AOEs are covered. It's DPSing time until Regen needs a refresh.
Assize just speaks for itself. Cure, DPS, and mp recovery? Love.
I love the idea behind Dissipation even if it's a very niche and unpopular skill. Sacrifice your fairy for emergency situations, I find it super dramatic and satisfying when it saves your butt <3
Other than that, I think Lustrate is one of the most ridiculous healer skills out there. Insta Cure II with no immediate MP cost and 1 sec delay...
And on healer CDs, I think Aetherflow is hands down the best healer CD in the game.
Yes I love SCH shut up.
Collective Unconscious is also a really awesome skill, both by what it looks like and by what it does. And Disable is hilarious when you use it giant targets like Midgardsormr or Leviathan!!

As a WHM I love Holy (for dps purposes and also for it's stun ... just in case) Asize for it's Mp regen + aoe heal or dps. Lastly Asylum. Tetragrammaton.
AST - If the cards align: Expanded Balance.

Lightspeed is one of my favorite things period. It's just so nice to have ten seconds of uninterrupted spells.
