j/k.
In seriousness, while I would say Assize for the damage/healing/mp, it's also gotten me in trouble >.> :x I'd say tetragramm and Essential Dignity (they're.....almost the same) - as it allows me to get multiple people's HP up at once (cure/benefic II on one guy, toss Tetra/ED immediately on the other) or save people in the nick of time.... or let me insta-heal tanks that take too long to tag everything on their big pulls >_>
Though...with the faster CD.... I'd say I like ED more....

As a WHM, Assize hands down.
I admit, I didn't use it much during the first 3-4 months of getting that skill, thinking it's just for the additional mana.. and since I manage it pretty well with Shroud of Saints.. i end up almost forgetting about the skill...
.. until I realized it's damage potential.
Yes I was aware that it did damage and healed and gave me mana but somehow I just never put it into my healing regime, or my DPS regime during Stance. But after I played around with it more I kinda want to slap myself back then for not utilizing this (I mean, it does cost ZERO mana after all and its INSTANT cast, why did I even shun it so much? >_> )
.. and now I use it everytime it comes off CD. lol.

I've been thinking a lot about the question this thread asked and after the better part of a few weeks of thought, I can't think of a healing tool that I like the rest above everything else >>;...
To me, I love playing healers and I love seeing exactly what I can do with the kit given to me. While I know some tools are very bread and butter and others are very situational, I love all the tools equally and I always try to find ways to make use of all the tools at my disposal.
So, yeah, I guess it doesn't answer the question originally asked but I guess my answer would be - I love the entirety of the healer toolkit(s) xD
well I don't think anyone said this yet, but Embrace
It's from the pet so it's not on my GCD, I can queue it up and it's just awesome

Holy. 6 second stun while decimating the enemies with PoM up is fantastic. I miss it, and it's the best thing for large pulls
Lustrate I consider to be the best single target heal, and I'd give any of my abilities to have it
I'm an AST now though, so can I say "Draw"? The ability to support the party in a variety of situations just makes the game really fun for me. Otherwise I'd pick Synestry for OPness.
As a Scholar it would be Deployment Tactics especially if the adlo crits. I have Fey Covenant macro'd here too for super damage mitigation on magic!
Two other tools I really love are Lustrate & Fey Caress.
Benediction- Tactical benedictions specifically. Not an "oh-shi..! Bene!" but rather a gauged and timed bene that allows me to stay in cleric stance longer while I DPS. I will use it 4-6 times in a roulette for a dungeon as well as for things like Thordan- if as my tank you cannot get the damage consistently mitigated you are going to get a bene of shame as I am not going to switch out just to save you. (Also works great as an o-shi- tool.. But ya)
Assize is very handy for adds in raids, trials and dungeons, however. Divine seal medica II, regen and cure III are also things just as handy.

Happily DPS'ing during tank busters (like Sword Oath Holy Bladedance) while the DRK tank is in zombie mode only to throw a Bene on them in the last second is one of the most satisfying things you can do as a raiding WHM. :3
(Bene and Living Dead even have the same damn cooldown - there's so much synergy between WHM and DRK, it's one of the best tank/healer combos in the game in my opinion.)
