    I bought an EU game time card, my account is NA...

    ...can SE support give my NA account +60 days sub and then they keep my EU code? I don't have any clue what to do, just freaking spent $ buying an EU game time code I cant use.....

    I'm sorry to say this, but I am almost 100% certain that no they cannot, that timecards are locked to a certain region for the game, and that an EU time card indeed cannot be used with the US version. You could try contacting the SE Support line but I'm pretty sure they'll tell you they can't change it to a NA time car. All you can do sadly is gift it to a EU friend or something and just be aware in future that the timecards are region specific.
