As of tonight there are three mediums and a large up for sale on Mateus. I have seen some smalls but they sold pretty fast and there are none at the moment. The ballpark prices for houses on our server are:

Smalls: 2.5 Mil
Medium: 12-15 Mil
Large 25+ Mil

These numbers are just from what I remember while I was house searching myself.
