kiss of the wesp/viper: not the skill on its own but would like to see some changes that requires us to actually stance dancing, it doesnt even really make some differences which one you choose ( sure stun is sometimes better then silence but get resisted after 3 times and some skills can only be silenced not stunned ) so now you choose just one before the fight and thats it, would like too see some more too it where you would actually see which stance you use

When I'm doing dungeons, I keep Wasp on for the Stun. I spam it, too, as a free hit and to help the tank.

Tri-Bind on SMN. Because Bllzzard II is better in every way except for PvP utility. I use Sustain, but not because I want to, but because I'm bad at managing Ifrit's positioning. I feel like pets should have better regeneration to begin with. Physick is useless on SMN as well.
Thunder 2 I wishes it was an AoE and Thunder 1's duration was longer maybe switch the times for thunder 1 and 2. And make freeze give 3 stackes of UI under Enochain.
Almost all the DRG skills are useful. The only single useless skill is Feint (and maybe cross class maim).
To be fair, if Feint actually works as intended against all enemies, it would be pretty broken in Savage.

2) I really see no point at all in using this skill for anything practical at all and it slows down the rotation, does not really seem worth it to me.
3) If they made this a cooldown skill I really think it would be more useful
I mean I am a new player but not new to RPG's this skill really is worthless IMHO.
I've been looking for a reason to use BLM's Lethargy in PvE. I can't seem to find a use for it, but if there's anything I'm missing, I'd love to know so I can improve myself.
I can't think I've ever used surecast as a BLM.
The only way to make it useful is to allow us to cast while moving for one spell. (They could add an MP drain based on distance traveled to make it not OP).
Surecast is pretty good in A4 normal once doll hit on you in quarantine, your cast wont interrupt.
Can use it to stand in AoE's that would otherwise interrupt your casting, used it regularly in T11 to stay in Nerve Gas. But I'm not sure if there's any worthwhile things for it now.
I pop off surecast whenever I snap aggro off of the Tank. Most of the time it's not an issue, but if the Tank is undergeared or just plain sucks it can come in handy.
