No, the butt's ARE unrealistic. Not even when I was medically underweight at 41kgs was my butt ever as flat as our characters. Especially if you consider how much adventurers run and jump, they should have muscle there atleast, and they don't.

And if you take into account the visible body fat in our characters face and breasts, the butts need to have a bit as well to match and be realistic.

Exactly. There's a reason people keep asking for a butt slider. This is it. As to the person who is seemingly against the idea, this once again comes down to sliders. People could keep their characters as is if they wish, or they could change it up. Again, more options is always better.
