Bulge size options for character creation.

I support bulge slider if the breasts slider gets the same treatment as the camera speed.

Current 100 breast size would only be 67. But hey the bigger the better, especially on Femroe / Highlander females.

I've seen some screenshots of that done through dubious ways.
