There is a distinct difference between primary and secondary sexual organs.

Personally, I don't mind either way. Give the guys their bulge slider if they want it.
But only if the female characters get an additional slider as well (maybe the butt slider, just to shut up the endless whining on the forums..^^; )

Although I think it is very unlikely to be introduced for said reason.

No, the game must be fair and equal, if women get the butt sliders everyone should get it too, I mean its just a straight line back there ATM, we need some protection for when we sit down.

Because everyone wants more costumization. Having one sex have a higher number of total options is about as great as an idea as having more female gender-locked glamour outfits than male ones, and we all know how big of a complaint that is.

That's exactly why we need an equal number of costumization options. I used butt slider as an example since it would bring more peace to the forums, but more fitting would be an option that is common for male characters but less for females, like muscles.
You'd need to think of something then to satisfy Hyur and Roegadyn ladies though, as they already have that kind of option. And it just gets really complicated from there :/

You will find plenty of games that let you customize bust sizes, Not one of them lets you resize a "bulge" do you realize the level of "private" between these parts? lol
