Steps:
1. Teleported to Camp Blackbush and mounted Kirin. Noticed that there was no sounds as it was running.
2. Dismounted and noted that my character makes no sound whilst running.
3. I've also noticed that certain battle sound effects seem to be mute during dungeons. Example on scholar casting Adloquium there is no sound to the spell.
4. Certain background music also cuts out briefly then restarts from the beginning.
5. Edit - ported into Ul'dah still no footstep sounds.
