Linkshell/Static for Alexander Savage | King Thordan EX

Welcome to the official recruitment thread for the linkshell [ Awakening ]. With this thread we hope to meet new and friendly players, who are interested in joining our linkshell/static.

Awakening is a linkshell which goal is to creating a close family, with players who help each other out during the regular evenings, and together raid 3 days a week. We are a casual, but determined group, who jokes around when it's possible, but gets serious and focussed when needed. This way, we ensure a steady progression in a relaxed envoirment. The golden rule: Real Life always has priority over In game!

The Linkshell has the following to offer to their members:

• 3 days raiding per week: Sunday, Tuesday and Friday - Doing A1S, A2S, Thordan and SOON PROGRESSION ON A3S.
• Full operational website, for forums/event registration
• TS3 sever, used for raiding, but also for regular evenings
• Steady, but relaxed progression, with the chance to learn and experience all the content of FFXIV:ARR
• We accept both new players/raiders and veterans! We think that everyone should be given a fair chance in getting to the top!

Currently, we are recruiting the following classes/roles:

• Summoner (very preferred!)
• All DPS classes (preferred: Having an Heal/Tank class as off-spec)

Hi Xtrema, i'm looking for something just like your ls! I currently only have BLM at 60 and can't be dedicated to saying i will 100% be available for set raid days, if you'd have me in the ls i'd be happy to fill in as BLM (or whatever once i get other classes leveled) but only if needed. There would be no pressure in having to involve me, would just be good for me to have more options than just PUG'ing all the time. Drop me a message on here or in game sometime if you're interested in having me!

8th of September: Downed Bismarck EX + Alexander Normal as a full Linkshell group! We had a very very nice group going with some new DPS, but all did very very well!

Next on the progression list: Binding Coil (Synced on level 50!) / Ravana EX, followed by Savage in the very near future!

Hi, Im currently in progress of searching for a static as a BLM main and really liked the ideas of how it all works. didnt see any set times for raids but i geuss that for another day to discuss. Im not exactly geared to the max as i have taken a short 1 month break due to lack of interest on my old server. But if you could reach out to me in game as im off the next few days and should be online alot for a little chat. even so it would be nice to have a group of people to just tag along with every so often to help with content.

Update 14th of September 2015

Last night we have started progressing The Binding Coil of Bahamut, synced (so on level 50)! And it was a great success! We got to Twintania and almost downed him/her/it? Next week we will continue on that.

Also, we have added another raid day to our roster, which makes a total of 3 days!! We use 1 for progression in Coil, 1 for EX primals and 1 for Alexander (Savage).

Since we have the aim to do all the raids (even the 24 raids), we would like to expand our roster, and form 2 more raid teams. Together, we should have enough members to take on the current 24 man raids (and upcoming ones!). See the post below for more!

So what are we looking for:

- ± 3 - 4 Tanks
- ± 2 - 3 Healers
- ± 5 - 6 DPS
- 2 (or more preferred!) players who dare to step up, take the charge and lead either of the new teams to victory (note: It's not important that you have experience in the ffxiv raids, you need to dare to step up and guide a group through the dungeon!)

A 2nd team can be up very fast, so we can ensure players that they can do the usual raids as well, and perhaps a 3rd group as well. I have always liked having more teams, as long as we have all friendly players!

Upcoming Tuesday is our first Savage try, and from there on we will see how far we can come So far all the progression we have done went very good with lots of fun. Everyone starts to get to know each other and the raids have been really good!

Hello, I am quite interested in joining your linkshell. My main is WAR but I also can play as DPS or Healer. I am quite interested in doing PRE-HW since I have taken a break from the game last year just before 2nd coil got released.
