at ilv 194, with the i200 esoteric weapon and no i210 gear, if crit-rng is on my side I can be stable at about 1600+. Without an abundance of crits, I get to approximately 1300 once it has settled down (and, assuming without messing up rotations at any point.)
These numbers all include party buff for STR and HQ Flint Caviar (so +33 crit), but without potions (I'm way too lazy and arrogant to consider using them.)

As you listed it (and in a nice and easy to read format, too) I'll list mine, but I've not paid attention to my "burst open" dps value. You'll notice that I put a couple of oGCDs together (notably B4B and IR, and Steel Peak and Howling Fist) this is because I find they fit in one GCD after the Chaos data centre move to the EU - anything not in brackets is a GCD, in brackets is an oGCD.

(should tackle) - demolish - (perfect balance) - twin snakes - snap punch - (b4b) - (ir) - snap punch - dragon kick - demolish - (elixir field) - touch of death - (forbidden chakra) - bootshine - (howling fist) - (steel peak) - twin snakes - snap punch - dragon kick - true strike - snap punch........ until target is dead.

I follow your typical monk rotation of Dragon Kick / Twin Snakes every second Opo-opo / Raptor Form, Demolish every third Coeurl Form, and Touch of Death every second Demolish, with oGCDs being thrown in as they refresh.
I honestly have no idea how you fit Fracture in, but as you seem to manage it, bravo!

Ilv 194 with weapon i200, 1600+ stable damage? well, What does it mean "stable" for you? ~3-4 mins or more? in that case, I would like a screen or I think you are wrong.

If "stable" mean something diferent, I said nothing.
