Problem is that most systems get bogged down at Max Setting due to how other players are Rendered. It maxes out a single CPU core for that process while the GPU is completely under utilized.

A decent upgrade would be an Intel i5/i7 but that would be nearly a complete build especially going with Skylake since it uses DDR4 Ram.

I currently have an i7 and a GTX 980 but I only run Laptop High so I get fluid frames and still have all the eye candy.

I use these and the games runs fine on high settings (Laptop)
    FX 6300
    R9 270x
    8 GB Ram.

I do notice a difference between Framerates in Laptop/Desktop settings. 60FPS with dips in city hubs and fate parties, but visual quality I can't really notice a difference.I do use SweetFX but I have a hard time with it because I don't really understand how to tweak it myself and the presets for the most part that people have created are way too saturated and look glaringly cartoonish.

If I made any change it would be to put the game on a SSD Drive but then I guess I'd be waiting on other players to load in to dungeons so is it really worth it?

Even still this doesn't stop me from daydreaming about splurging tons of cash for the entertainment of building a new rig. Anyone want to send me a check?
