WTB small house

Heya,

So since the day I joined in March I wanted my own house with garden. I worked hard and saved up ... hopefully enough by now?
The idea of kind of fighting for / over a spot later this month kind of ... well ... no thanks.
I think it is nicer to sit down and kind of look at what's needed and just that way.
My favourite area is Lavender Beds, but I'll take any area since The Goblet and Mist have their charm too. Besides everything is so pretty ingame ^_^

If anyone is willing to sell or reads this and knows some one who wants to sell please contact me here or ingame on Mira Amariyo. If I don't reply right away I may be afk. When you see me just speak to me in person.
I live in Europe so my online time is often in the earlier hours for most, but I am willing to stay up late or get up early to meet up if it has to be.
