    Xbox controller issue

    I am playing FFXIV with a wireless XBOX controler. Everything works fine until the controler goes into "sleep mode" so to speak, where it will turn itself off the conserve battery power. Whenever I turn it back on it does not work in the game...

    As far as I know (I've looked through all the config, and the config of the controler) there is no way to turn the "sleep mode" off. So am I doing something wrong or is this an error on SE side? Thanks for the help =D

    It is a known issue. You could connect the USB-cable to the controller or try to set "Enable gamepad when application is in background".
