If you're talking about the weekly challenge log thing, anything within 10 levels works, I think. So mobs as low as level 50 will count.

If you're not, then... I'm not sure what you're talking about.

Lvl 51~60 is the range for a Chocobo and a Lvl 60 owner I believe ^^
