    Ticket or reference number from your ISP. Don't have a ticket number, I contacted them directly over live chat. They assured me that any lag issues were resolved on their end, but I am still having issues with FFXIV

    Date/Time; It is on, and off, throughout the day. The launcher gives me issues, then I randomly 90k from the server when logging on. The majority of the lag issues happens around 8:50 PM EST (sometimes it starts earlier) and continues past midnight

    Sometimes the game works well sometimes it is very laggy. From my own investigation this is due to many US ISPs including Comcast route their traffic to Montreal, Canada with Level3. The Level3 hop is often overloaded more often at night introducing a lot of lag into Final Fantasy XIV.

    The following hops, both introduce a lot of latency into FFXIV.

    ORMUCO-COMM.car2.Montreal2.Level3.net

    The only way this is really going to be fixed for a lot of Comcast and Verizon customers is if you move the servers out of Canada and set up a data center somewhere in the United States. It is the level3 bottleneck in Canada that makes the game unplayable some of the time. The latency spikes to over 300+ ms at times on all the level3 hops in Canada.

    Ticket or reference number from your ISP: N/A. Comcast customer service is notably bad in my area and any attempts tend to lead to being put on hold indefinitely, or just straight up hung up on.

    Date/Time: Seemed to have started getting extremely bad after the recent data center crashes a couple of days ago.
    Frequency: Happens at random times all day long. Will be perfectly fine and stable for hours, then suddenly slideshow city, then goes back to normal.

    Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) sporadically, albeit, occurring late at night (12AM PST - 2AM PST). Lagging out has become consistent and actually occurred during the day today (like around 10AM PST and now at 9PM PST). I've lagged out twice today. Interestingly enough, one of my FC mates in West Virginia also lagged out at the same time that i did.

    Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?): Grouping up (ironically, as either a PLD or WHM). Also seen this happen on the landscape.
