I would appreciate a response soon, as the latency issues are now significantly affecting my ability to participate in simple content. I often can't dodge AoE attacks, abilities and weaponskills are not landing, unable to heal others.
EDIT 03/11/2017: After the initial post, I stopped playing for a couple of days to let my frustration with this game die down and see if the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately I am still experiencing latency spikes which are greatly affecting my ability to play. Based on my own and the below Texas player's experience, its quite clear its the Level3 servers at 4.59.178.74 that is having issues. An update on the steps you are taking to resolve this would be greatly appreciated SE.
