I've noticed it ever since 3.3. Might have started since the all world maintenance the week prior.

The frequency is very random. Yesterday it only happened once, but on wednesday it happened 3 times and the day and on tuesday it didn't happen at all

It happens when I zone into duty finder and when I zone to housing districts the most.

I'm in Leviathan
