I have a certain advantage in that I have two ISPs: Comcast and AT&T Wireless (through my phone). I do not have any packet loss on AT&T Wireless. The game is 100% playable on my phone's internet sharing.

I can't do a pathping because either my phone or AT&T blocks the required ICMP packets for it. However, running a long ping test (5000 packets), while I get 18-24% packet loss on Comcast, I get 0% on AT&T Wireless.
