    Severe lag for over a week now.

    Game practically unplayable between 6pm-11pm cst, Severe lag spikes, stop and go motion for hrs on end, skills take 5-20 sec to go off, and game completely freezes sometimes in dungeons. Been only for about a week and a half now. Before that it was fine. All other times of the day/night game is perfectly fine with average ping between 20-50ms.

    The above tracerts are mild compaired to most days, I will try and get some really bad ones and post them as I get them. The lag is horrible in the evenings and makes the game unplayable between the above hrs. Comcast says its not on their end, this only happens with ff14. I have no issues with lag what so ever outside of ff14 or in other games. Hope this info helps.

    Seriously, can this be addressed, or even acknowledged? I pay for the internet every month, I pay for the game every month, I'm not going to have a 3rd monthly subscription to WTFast just so I can play what I'm already paying for simply because your IT people don't feel like digging into the problem or working with Comcast to sort it out. I have been subscribed since ARR launched, but lack of communication, which BTW is the same reason FFXIV 1.0 was destroyed by a giant fiery meteor and dragon; will be the one thing that makes me say "you know what, there are FTP games that are more interested and solving IT issues than this." And just make me walk away.

    You can fix this.

    SE, This seems to be on your end or near your end. I did this several times and had the same results for packet loss, please fix it, emergency maintenance, extended maintenance. It is better than not being able to Raid.

    I am not paying for a VPN service to bypass the Montreal Level3 server that's having SO MANY issues. That's simply not an option. Please investigate and contact Level3 and have them investigate it.
