    State/Country: Florida
    Date/Time: Usually between 6pm and 10pm EST
    Frequency (How often does the issue occur?): Every night between the hours mentioned above I suddenly start lagging. Idling in an inn room I see the "Received" number jump from about 100 to almost over 1000 and stay there for these hours.
    Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?): All zones
    Which in-game World were you playing on when the issue occurred?: Gilgamesh
