Ticket number: don't have a record of this but I have spoken with Comcast customer service many times and have requested port forwarding and even went so far as to have them DMZ my router per their suggestion. Nothing improved.

State/Country: PA/USA

Date/Time: All day long in all areas of the game. Latency issues began for me right when patch 3.1 was released (mid November?). Had never experienced the kind of lag I am experiencing now and I have been playing the game for quite some time.

Frequency: Constant lag ranging from mild to severe. Rubberbanding will last from moments to many seconds (5-10) in freeze length and sometimes the noticable freezes in gameplay will happen every few minutes or every 10 seconds. There seems to be no rhyme or reason why, when, or for how long these things will happen.

Content: Lag occurs in ALL parts of the game. I will notice lag in other human players, NPCs, monsters, during dungeons, in duties...whenever and wherever.

Which in-game world were you playing in when issues occured: Exodus and Marlboro

***I would just like to add that i love playing a realm reborn. I invest more time in this game than any other and am an avid video game player so that's saying something. That being said this issue is really disheartening and I would love to hear some sort of response from SE as to what is being done about it. I will continue to pay to play the game and enjoy it but it has become near impossible to play and enjoy this game that I am paying for monthly when lag during the game is this frequent and severe. Please, Please, Please help us out and let us know when and how this will be resolved or at least that it is being addressed. I appreciate your efforts SE.
