    Frequency: Daily, its on and off when the game hits peak period
    Content: All. It's especially bad in dungeons and 24 man content. everybody stops casting and then moves again.

    Date/Time: Only started to really see this being bad about a week ago. Always during peak times from 6pm-11pm.
    Frequency: It fluxes. Some days its just bad for about 5-10min then goes back then does it again later on. Some times it can go hours on end making it unplayable.

    Frequency (How often does the issue occur?) Daily, specific time period between 7-10

    Content (Which content were you playing in-game when the issue occurred?) Instances, crafting in Uldah, questing, fates - basically - everywhere I happen to be. (also happening to others in my guild, some on my IP, but not necessarily simultaneously. Others in instances have reported the same lag. Mostly spikes.)

    PLEASE HELP! The game is unplayable at nights, we are considering quitting because we can't play together or do any instanced content. I've contacted Comcast with these results, this thread, etc and they just ask me to buy a cable bundle and reboot my modem.
