Started around 11am EST on Mar 9, 2017 (day of Patch 3.55b). Has been happening all day since then.
Frequency (How often does the issue occur?)
Hard to tell, it's sporadic. In Diadem, there were periods where I would disconnect repeatedly every 5-15 mins. If I had to guess, I'd say I'm see lag spikes or disconnects every 10-20 mins.
